RARE 1969 SELF-TITLED PSYCH LP
  ORIGINAL MAINSTREAM RECORDS #S/6119 (BLUE/BLACK LABEL - STEREO).  C over is in GOOD+ to VG condition (3" split at bottom opening, cutout mark in upper left corner, splitting and wear at upper left corner, no splits on spine however there is clear tape along the length of the spine [see 2nd & 3rd picture], few corner dings) and r ecord is in VG++ to NM condition (few light paper scuffs, LOOKS BARELY PLAYED - visual grading).
