Description

This is literally a mint, never been played promotion copy of the single, "Fools Gold".  My name is Gareth Davies and my company, Beer Davies, did the UK Radio and TV promotion for the Stone Roses.  To ensure Radio and TV concentrated on "Fools Gold" and not "What The World Is Waiting For" (which is the other side of the commercial single), it was decided the promo single should feature "Fools Gold" on both sides.  Radio 1 started playing the single straight away and I never took this particular record to Radio or TV;  it remained in the Beer Davies office.
