Packaging

I use strong sturdy mailers to maximise the protection of your record.  This is included in the shipping costs.  On occassion I may re-use a mailer but only if it will not compromise the discs inside!

Grading

I am a private seller selling off some double copies and selected items from my own collection.  Some of these records may be 30 - 40 years old and may have been lovingly played out at clubs and parties.  I try to grade as accurately as possible but on occassion may miss the odd surface scratch or scuff.  I appreciate that grading can be subjective so please feel free to enquire if you want further information.  Audio samples are representative of any areas where there may be a scuff scratch, mark or hairlines, I do not play the entire record due to time limits.

• Mint an item unopened / unplayed, often will still be sealed or in shrink wrap and will ahve not been removed from inner dust jacket.  the sleeve will be pristine and look new.
• NM will show light signs of play / handling, these may be fine micro-lines from being removed from the sleeve. The sleeve may showvery light dinks or wear to the edges, there may be an odd dent or light crease but will still be enjoyable
• VG++ surface lines may be present as will faint marks, microlines but genrally no loss of sound quality.  sleeve may show light edge wear/ dents to the corners
• VG+ surface lines may be present as will some surface marks / scuffs, light surface noise may be evident, especially at the beginning but this should not overpower in a way that ruins enjoyment.  The sleeve will show some wear such as creases and spine wear but will be in-tact.  There may be light ring-wear / discolouring
• VG  marks or scuffs may be felt by finger-tip touch as will visible light scratches resulting in light background noise.  generally the record should be playable with occassional pop or crackle moreso on quieter areas.  The sleeve may have splits to the seems, with more significant wear / ring-wear or disclouring. Check photos for details.
