STONEHOUSE Stonehouse Creek - very rare original prog rock UK 1971 RCA LP, 1st pressing
RCA SF 8197, 1971 UK issue, matrix numbers AGBS 0567-1E, AGBS 0568-1E; front laminated sleeve.
Stonehouse were a Devon group, taking their name from one of the Three Towns (Plymouth, Devonport and Stonehouse). This album was their only release.
Cover EX-/VG+ A front laminated sleeve in very presentable condition: excellent edges exhibiting barely any wear; similarly, spine just has a few pinch creases, with print beautifully legible and almost 100% intact; front panel has some short creases, impressed marks and mild storage wear in the form of shading on inner and outer ring impressions; rear panel has some light creasing and curving, very mild ring wear.
Original paper inner sleeve has discolouration, mild wear and a plain white sticker. Disc is in a new poly-lined inner
Disc EX Lovely looking vinyl and labels, only obvious marks a very small pressing dimple on side 1 and a light surface mark near the edge of side 2. Playthrough and sound are excellent: three dull pops or clicks, nothing else noteworthy in the way of discernible noise.
