This is a PROMO COPY of the 1982 ISSUE OF THE ORIGINAL 1969 ELEKTRA RECORDS U.S. self-titled first LP from the legendary Iggy Pop's Detroit proto-punk band The Stooges. It is Elektra Records U.S. catalog number EKS 74061, promo copy with a small drill hole at the upper right corner of the cover, red Elektra labels with small 'E', stock Elektra Records inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Elektra Records LP releases.
Red labels with a small E / side on the left / stereo and catalog # on right. Grayscale on white paper company dust sleeve. Reissue dated by copyright on the lower reverse of inner sleeve. Condition of record is a real nice EX with just one light visible surface mark which cannot be felt and does not affect play. Condition of cover is a high VG+ with the aforementioned promo drill hole at the upper right corner, and with the only real flaws being a few small wrinkles and a little wear on the corners and along the edges. This LP would be a nice addition to any Stooges,Iggy Pop, or proto-punk record collection! Media mail postage within the U.S. is $4.00.
