STORMTROOPER - Armies of the Night

Rare private press mini LP from Iron Works Records, Los Angeles, CA, 1985. Vinyl is VG+/NM- condition, glossy surface, no scuffs or scratches, only the most minor surface marks. This record was fully play tested and sounds fantastic. Very slight noise on the lead in grooves, but nothing noticeable during the music or between songs. My analog setup (AR ES-1 turntable, Sonus Formula IV tonearm, Grado Sonata cartridge) is particularly sensitive to surface noise, so I'm sure anyone will be happy with the playing condition of this platter. Unfortunately, the sleeve is not up to the same standards, having suffered some water damage to the bottom edge at some point in it's past. The front is easily acceptable, displaying some storage wear, ring wear, and rubbing damage, but nothing that really detracts. The back cover, being white, shows the water damage more than the front, and has some surface tears at the bottom edge, obliterating parts of the record label's address. Please see pics for more info - I've posted a close up scan of the damaged area of the back cover. In summary, the cover could be better, but apart from finding an unplayed copy, the vinyl is about as good as anyone could ask for.
