Description

Superclean pressing of fantastic debut album with original cover art which was banned in the US at the time. The ‘This Is It’ LP features the controversial all-time classic ‘New York City Cops’. The same pressing sold on eBay in December 2008, for £72 (UK). You are bidding on the original pressing on the ‘BMG’ label in 2001 (catalogue number 07863 68045 1). Listen to the smashers ‘The Modern Age’ / ‘Soma’ / ‘Is This It’ / ‘Barely Legal’ / ‘Someday’ / ‘Alone, Together’ / ‘Last Nite’ / ‘Hard To Explain’ / ‘Trying Your Luck’ and ‘Take It Or Leave It’.

Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special LP record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).

 

Payment / Bezahlung: Deutsche per Banküberweisung. Non-Germans via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €35, $50 or £30 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional €2, $3 or £2. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail.
