STUD ‘SELF TITLED’ ORIGINAL 1st 1971 UK DERAM RECORD LABEL STEREO VINYL LP – SML-R 1084.
OBSCURE TITLE AND RARELY SEEN IN THIS SUPER CONDITION.
This band features the great Jim Cregan (Blossom Toes, Family, Julie Driscoll, Cat Stevens, Rod Stewart, Cockney Rebel, etc), John Wilson (Them, Taste) and Charlie McCracken (Taste, Spencer Davis Group.) Stud is a British rock band from the early 1970s, that featured two members of Taste - bassist Charlie McCracken (born Richard McCracken, 26 June 1948, in Omagh, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland) and drummer John Wilson (born 6 November 1947, in Belfast, Northern Ireland) - along with two members of Family - former bass guitarist John Weider and future bass player, Jim Cregan.
The LP is on the Custom Red and White Deram/Decca Record labels, with 'Made in England' printed on both sides of the record label.
Both record labels are in Near Mint condition, undamaged labels with just a couple of light signs of play.
The matrix’s on Side 1, XZAL-10536.P-1 D and Side 2, XZAL-10537.P-1 D.
The stampers side 1, 1 I and side 2, 1 U.
Both sides of the vinyl LP are in beautiful undamaged Near Mint condition – both sides are free from scratches, with just a couple of insignificant light hairlines.
Both sides of the LP play with faultless sound quality.
The front of laminated picture sleeve is in immaculate Near Mint condition, the sleeve has no damage apart from a couple of tiny minute corner bumps, both edges and spine edge are undamaged.
The reverse panel of the sleeve is in Excellent Plus condition, very clean with just mild LP storage signs.
