MEGA RARE limited picture disc from 2007 on Hydra Head with glossy rigid inner sleeve and original resealable protective poly outer sleeve with Hydra Head picture disc tag!!! I bought this in 2007 at the merch booth at a Melvins show here in Chicago at The Double Door (R.I.P.) in Wicker Park and filed it away in my personal collection until today when I took these pics. Disc has never been played or removed from the sleeve. Four sharp corners. As mint as it gets. You will not be disappointed.
