Description
STYX - Grand Illusion. A&M Records 1977. Original USA pressing of this 70s arena rock classic LP. First pressing, has white promotional labels and a promo sticker on back cover, and the large sticker on front advertising the poster (on store copies this sticker would be missing as it was normally put on TOP of the shrink, but promos aren't sealed, so it was put on direct. There's also a promo punch hole through the cover and inner sleeve (also affecting the poster, making holes by the outer edge; these don't affect the poster TOO much, not highly visible). See the scans. Since I mentioned the hole here, my further gradings won't take it into account. This surely must be the ultimate copy of this LP for the collector!!
Comes with original press kit, consisting of these parts:
-- glossy 8x10" photo, NM
-- a Bio history sheet on colored paper, NM
-- a foldopen (four pages) reprint of various reviews, on colored paper, NM
-- a 'New Music on A&M' three-ring binder sheet on glossy white paper, NM
-- a beautiful folder to store the press kit parts in, which has the same colors and art as the album cover (awesome!), VG++ due to two crimps on back from storage
LP package consists of these parts:
-- Record is NM, with NM labels. Appears unplayed, but has some surface impressions from the poster and promo parts being stored inside the cover up against the vinyl
-- Custom inner sleeve with lyrics. NM
-- Cover is NM
-- THERE IS ALSO A LARGE POSTER, ABOUT 4 TIMES AS LARGE AS THE 12" COVER. I CAN'T REMEMBER IF THIS CAME IN ALL COPIES OR NOT. It's NM except for the holes.
Foreign shipping will be regular LP rate + $1.50 due to the heavy extra parts; USA shipping will be as normal.

Labels are NM unless noted; and item has no writing, stamps, stickers, drillholes, or other noteworthy defects unless specifically noted or shown in photos otherwise.
