ORIGINAL 1968 COSTANZA RECORDS W/L PROMO PRESSING. 200gr. VINYL, CATALOG#. CO 10002, ITALY.
SUPERB record, supposedly to be the first Italian Library record by Mr. Stefano Torossi, the man behind Italian Library golden age. Also 2nd LP on Costanza's MUSICA PER COMMENTI SONORI series, this Rare bomb is an incredible mix of late '60s Psychedelic Acid Rock and '60s Italian Beat influences mixed with various cinematic music, Bossa, Western and Classical Pop movie themes. Original compositions made by Torossi along with his strict collaborators, probably Sandro Brugnolini and Giancarlo Gazzani like most of these Costanza's. Pressed on super-heavy vinyl as the best releases from this cult Italian Library label.

Side A opens with the Killer "RUNNIN' ROUND THE PIPER", clear reference to Roman Piper Club where the first Italian Prog. and Beat bands debuted and also legends like a young Jimi Hendrix or Pink Floyd. Moody Fuzz/Psichedelic shake and Psyco-Beat in pure late '60 style. Fantastic Dance-beat Shake on "NOSTALGIA", with glittering '60s sounds, fantastic. Cheerful Bossa theme on "CAPRICORNO" followed by "RODEO", cinematic Western groove. Aggressive Psychedelic beats Side B opener "AUTO", with starting drums rolling, organ, bass and guitar insane perfect dancefloor rhythmic that touches off an obstinated Fuzz loop accompained by horn, perfect late '60 Psychedelic groove, amazing!
The center of both sides is characterized by several Classical Pop and Easy Listening cinematic tunes, another Bossa on "DAVANTI AI TUOI OCCHI" goes before the closing act: "BOMBA ATOMICA" is the final Psychedelic Shake atomic-bomb with Acid guitar, moody and fast horns, drums and strong bassline, freakshow!
