CONDITION:
RECORD: EXCELLENT, very clean and would be NEAR MINT except for some light scuffing across the first track on each side - it looks like the vinyl was sticking out of the sleeve by 2cm at some point and got scuffed. It is in the same place on both sides and does not affect play.
PICTURE SLEEVE: EXCELLENT, light wear to the corners and edges, the very beginnings of a seam split (1cm) in the top edge and a scrape/indent towards the bottom of the front as shown in the photos.
LYRIC SHEET INSERT: EXCELLENT, has some age spots as shown in the photos.
