1979 (TP) Records. Vinyl is in Vg-(minus) condition. All 12" records I sell are original USA pressings unless otherwise noted. Plays good!

This is the original 15 Minute version!

12" is hand-written on in Red Ball Point Ink Pen and mentions "Rapper's Delight" above the center hole, and SUGAR HILL GANG below. It also mentions the speed as 33 1/3.


Condition:
12" Vinyl is in VG- condition with surface marks.
Plays very well with little surface noise heard!


This record is SCARCE!! I've only seen 1 test press of this and any information is welcome --- it did come out of a NYC area dj pool

MATRIX NUMBERS:
The matrix numbers in the runoff/dead wax/stamper area --
VID-152 / 'To' (which is enclosed in a @ type circle) 'Pa-8-79'
the '8-79' most likely indicates the month/date of recording. This makes perfect sense as it was released a couple of months later in October, 1979. Again--THIS IS THE FULL LENGTH ORIGINAL MIX--which has the great 'live sound' ending with overlapping in rhyming--indeed when they were rhyming it was a non-stop party!!! 15 min version
