I sent an e-mail to American Heritage Auction and I have my original e-mail and their response (I only have the record, not the cover but I have it a sleeve to protect it):

My e-mail:

“Original Elvis Presley vinyl record (sun record 210) Ten songs, making five singles, were originally released on the Sun label. Sun 210—September 25, 1954: Good Rockin' Tonight / I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine. The record seems to be in extremely good condition. I only have the record and not the album cover. I've been using a different cover to store it in to keep it in as excellent condition as I can. Also would you be able to help me sell this record? I know it can go for quite a bit depending on the condition and I would like it to go to someone who would cherish it and really want it rather than me hanging on to it and just storing it away.”

Their response (they said to keep in mind that they can only give me an estimate since they cannot actually see the item in person and that it may be even worth more and the picture you see here on eBay is the picture I sent them as well):

Elvis' legend was being built in the years 1954 and 1955. There were the concerts, of course, the appearances on the Louisiana Hayride, but it was the Sun 45 releases that really gave the legend its impetus. Before the King of Rock and Roll was the King, before RCA Records bought his contract in late 1955 for the then-jawdropping figure of $40,000, Elvis recorded five records for Sam Phillips' Memphis label, and copies of those discs are especially prized today.

Elvis Presley's Sun recordings were made by Elvis Presley at Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.A. between 1953 and 1955. Presley recorded more than 20 songs at Sun, 18 of them have survived and two tapes are lost. Ten were released by Sun as Elvis' first five singles between 1954 and 1955, and a year after he left for RCA he revisited the same studio to have a spontaneous informal session with Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, and Jerry Lee Lewis. This meeting was recorded on December 4, 1956, and dubbed The Million Dollar Quartet by the local paper the next day.
