RARE 33 rpm 7" LP in like new shape!

Totally obscure release, possibly a German export for Sweden/Scandinavia as Gala releases are common here as Gala or Gala-klubben. Never seen or heard of this before and I have been waded through Gala records the latest 15 years. In fact I don't even know if it's German, it has BIEM though... Might be Swedish... If anyone know email me and I will add to description
