Description
USA LP vinyl record by Sun Ra And His Arkestra titled "Thunder Of The Gods".
Reissue released in 2018, smokey red vinyl with black streaks & splotches.
Side A was discovered on tapes from the Universe In Blue sessions, believed to be recorded in 71. Side B was unearthed from the 1966 "Strange Strings" sessions.
Modern Harmonic has once again paired Sun Ra's sonic art with the visual art of The Father of Modern Space Art, Chesley Bonestell, whose 1952 work "Formation of the Earth's Continents" sprawls across the front and back covers.
New mint factory sealed in oversized polybag with info sticker. Apologies for the glare on the pictures.
