Description
Saturn LP 1984 C / D. Fluorescent orange paste-on labels ( see scans ). LP is in great NM-condition with maybe two tiny superficial ( and inaudible ) paper-sleeve marks. Original Saturn LPs are rarely perfect pressings but this one is overall very nice and plays very well with barely any surface noise. The cover is a plain white disco sleeve in EX- condition ( which seems to be original if it matters ). This LP turns up rarely and much more rarely with a paste-on cover – most copies are like this, with a generic cover.
This LP’s tracks are from the last Variety studio recordings in 1982, same as the "Fireside Chat With Lucifer" LP, the last new studio recordings to be released on the Saturn label. Sun Ra’s swinging (yes !) organ is featured prominently and the Arkestra’s playing just great and well recorded here. Some of the tracks were also released on the equally very rare Y label LP "Nuclear War", but others can be only found here, like the outstanding Nameless One # 3.
The LP will be shipped at cost, which is $7.25 by Air Mail to the US and $12.75 by Air Mail to Europe, Japan or elsewhere, and which can include a basic insurance for up to 100 Can$ (= about $89) if that value is declared on the package.
