Description
Just returned from a fantastic road trip, we're up and running again, ready to offer terrific music to all our customers, old and new! Our focus this round will be unique, obscure LP and 7"(45s), some rare, titles, all in the condition you've come to expect from Spirit of Sound. All offerings are visually graded. Should there be flaws, I will certainly describe them to the best of my abilities. Also, I am pleased to play grade any item on request.
COSMIC RAYS with SUN RA AND ARKESTRA, "DREAMING"/"DADDY'S GONNA TELL YOU NO LIE"; Saturn SR-401, 7" 45rpm single, 1955/1983 (this one). Sun Ra on piano and composer of both songs, recorded in 1955 with The Cosmic Rays, a four man vocal Doowop group. Arkestra members are Richard Evans on bass and Robert Barry on drums. The copy you see here appears to be a 1983 reissue, seriously rare in its own right. Vinyl is EX with one light scuff side B. Plays EX. Labels are near perfect. Sleeve is generic.
