Sun Records #242 - Roy Orbison and Teen Kings
"Ooby Dooby" B/W "Go Go Go"

Condition:  Near Mint
I acquired this record directly from Shelby Singleton in 1973 when he had his studio and production offices on Belmont in Nashville.  Shelby had purchased all masters and product from Sam Phillips at SUN in Memphis.  Shelby produced songs for me and one day took me into his warehouse and sent me home with a nice pile of Original Sun discs.  This is one, which I played once, not wanting to damage it. Very early Orbison! It's a great Classic Rockabilly record!
I pack these records very carefully for shipping, but I can add additional styrofoam in a larger box if you wish to arrange that at an additional shipping cost.

Our Record Grading System-

 VG is “Very Good,” this means the record has been played, maybe even stored in a stack or records and has minor surface wear but has a good sheen on the vinyl and plays well with minimal surface pops or noise. The label is in near perfect condition unless specifically noted.

 VG+ Is better than VG

 Excellent is close to Mint but has been played and may look Mint.

 Mint is a record that has never been played and or shows absolutely no visible or audio sign of ever having a needle in the groove.

 I do not list any records that are not at least a VG grade according to this grading method. I do understand that many collectors have different opinions regarding how records are graded according to condition. This can be a subjective art.
