Original 1954 Sun Records 45. Because there are so many variations on this 45, I will cite this Discogs entry as the ones which matches this copy:

A side runout matrix: U-128-45 (with 72 slightly higher and about an inch apart)
B side runout matrix: U-129-45 (with 72 slightly higher and about an inch apart)
Matrix etchings are faint and have proven difficult to photograph, but they're there. Condition is G+. The record looks to have been poorly trimmed at the factory giving it as a misshapen look (i.e. not quite round). Flatbed scans provided.
The lip with the lead-in groove is narrow there, so one must get careful when placing the stylus. Moderate surface wear and the expected "hiss" of this pressing.
