Description
Suni McGrath's 'Call of the Mourning Dove' LP on Adelphi Records (AD1014S), 1971. Very rare, hard to find. From the back cover: "An alternative music; animals, soil, the sound of metal strings on a wooden box, plucked. Acoustic guitar -- old, very old, and new. I am grateful to Jesus for life, to my wife, Janice for support, the Gene for good records.' For some reason this one is hard to find, not even listed on discogs, or the Adelphi site.
Cover shows some edgewear, corner bumps/shaves, and a sticker mark on back (see photo); vinyl shows surface hairlines, which on my Music Hall mmf-2.1 turntable through an Harman Kardon 720 twin, only shows a slight insult in track 4 side 2, and makes it sound like a curtain blowing, a very slight very slight very slight if not unnoticable intrusion.
