Sunny & The Sunliners, are proud to be recognized as a trailblazing band that has left an indelible mark on the world of Tejano and Chicano soul music.

Led by the charismatic Sunny Ozuna, Sunny and the Sunglows, the band's journey began in San Antonio, Texas, in 1959. 

His success started while he was still a student attending Burbank High School. He and his band at the time, Sunny and the Sunglows, played at many events including school talent shows, sock hops, churches and even car club dances.

From the the late 1950’s until this present-day Ildefonso “Sunny” Ozuna has produced and recorded over 85 successful CDs. 

His music variations (such as tejano, rock and roll oldies, gospel, and country) make him very versatile and a very commendable artist. 

Sunny Ozuna grew up listening to and being influenced by rock and roll, rhythm, and blues. Though mainly singing, recording and performing in English, the Spanish albums and songs recorded by this beloved singer helped boost his success with thousands upon thousands of people. 

With unique blends of Tejano rhythms, soulful melodies, and heartfelt lyrics, Sunny & the Sunliners have forged a musical path that has resonated with audiences across cultures and generations. 

And Sunny is still active in recording and producing and performing today.
