I have for auction from my own collection this superb original copy of this SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE release. I have only played this record once,then it was filed away since i purchased it new.The sleeve i will grade as near mint condition,it is as new and blemish free.I will grade the vinyl as near mint,it is in as new played once condition.This 1995 release must be very hard to find in this stunning condition.
This is a genuine 1st issue copy in pristine condition,taken from my own collection.
