ARTIST: Unknown TITLE: Super Erotico (Square sq 510) COVER: EX+. Light creasing. Tiny spot on back where sticker looks to have been removed. No pen marks or writing. VINYL: Near Mint. Clean labels. Original first edition released here in Brazil in 1974.
Killer LP of “erotic” tracks…Here’s the deal on this one. Side A features “erotic rhythm macumba” – a killer slab of porno funk with dope drums, sick fender Rhodes riffing, fuzzed out guitars, congas and the requisite female “oohs” and “aahs”. (Yup it’s a cover of Titanic’s “Macumba” tricked out…) This track is only available on this LP-essential and rare funk for the heads. Flip opens with “le couple”. Intro sounds like some spooky creeping thru the bush in Vietnam type sh*t, before busting into an insto’ Mutantes with horns in Vegas type freakout. (Comp’d by Vampi Soul recently.) Beatheads, funk-o-philes, psych freaks, check it out! Drop either one of these and the heads will mob you. More cool groovy erotic frenchy type tracks (Gainsbourg cover, natch.) with plenty to sample. Ah, ah yeah!
