ARTIST: Unknown TITLE: Super Erotico (Square sq 510) COVER: VG+, Split spine, ring.corner.edge wear. Name written on back. VINYL: VG++. Clean labels. Original first edition released in 1974. Killer LP of “erotic” tracks…Here’s the deal on this one. Side A features “exiting rhythm macumba” – a killer slab of porno funk with dope drums, sick fender Rhodes riffing, fuzzed out guitars, congas and the requisite female “oohs” and “aahs”. This track is only available on this LP-essential and rare funk for the heads. Flip opens with “le couple”. Intro sounds like some spooky creeping thru the bush in Vietnam type sh*t, before busting into an instrumental Mutantes with horns in Vegas type freakout. Drop either one of these and the 'spotters will come callimg. More cool groovy erotic frenchy type tracks (Gainsbourg cover, natch.) with plenty to sample.
