For sale is a vinly LP of the soundtrack of the motion picture “Super Fly” Written and performed by American sould and funk musician, Curtis Mayfield. Released in July 1972 by Curtom Records, the album remains a classic & is remarkable as it was more popular than the movie. Personnel are: Curtis Mayfield (composer, vocals, guitar and producer), Joseph Lucky Scott (bass), Master Henry Gibson (percussion), Tyrone McCullen (drums), Morris Jennings (drums), Craig McMullen (guitar) and Harry “Slip” Lepp (trombone).
