Description

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question.   OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.   Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so. Thank you for your interest and support. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Long time no see in any condition...

SUPER RARE ... 3 LP BOX SET ... This box set was hard to find the day it was released ... here is one spare copy of an collectible that we haven't seen for around 30 years... A sure fire Zeppelin fan fave if there ever was::: A certain sought after collectible that keeps on getting more extinct by the day!

One of the best, most visceral ZEPPELIN performances of 1975! The sound is crisp and bassy and really adds to the show, (keep in mind we're talking audience 3 source mix). The opening string of numbers is brutal and fast and includes one of the best versions of " No Quarter" ever! It is savage and the improvisations are excellent. "In My Time Of Dying" was dedicated to Bob Dylan: "An old work song. A long time before Mr Zimmerman listened to it in the Village back in the Sixties." The reason why "The Song Remains The Same" was repeated is that Jimmy Page broke a string. "Trampled Underfoot" moves like nobody's business and "Dazed And Confused", dedictaed tonight to Roy Harper (:"Wherever you are Roy, don't stay in that state too long!"), is a glorious 1975 version in full flight. An exquisite "Stairway To Heaven" closes the show and the relentless and surprising inclusions in the encores end a show that seems leagues ahead of the sluggishness of just the night before!

The band's second night in Long Beach begins with a brief soundcheck before "Rock and Roll" explodes into motion. Page blazes through the guitar solos during a blistering Sick Again. He hints at "White Summer" briefly at the beginning of "Over the Hills and Far Away". "In My Time of Dying" is devastatingly heavy. Page's guitar cuts out at the beginning of "The Song Remains the Same", causing the band to stop playing and start over after a short pause. Bonzo hammers at his drums with incredible intensity as Page's fingers tear across the fretboard at lightning speed. A fantastically epic "Kashmir" is dedicated to "anybody who got divorced today." The walls of the arena quake under the power of the band's thunderous attack. An excellent performance, one of the best thus far.

"No Quarter" is preceded by a haunting electric piano introduction. Page solos wildly as Bonzo and Jones explore an upbeat jazzy rhythm during the outstanding instrumental section. A truly amazing performance. Page shreds frantically through the guitar solo during a frenzied "Trampled Underfoot." Plant introduces (the side long 24:48 epic) "Dazed and Confused" as "the first climax that we reached together" before dedicating the song to an absent Roy Harper. The Woodstock interlude is brutally heavy. The band is absolutely on fire during the guitar solo/workout section. Bonzo thrashes wildly at anything within reach as Page erupts in a furious cascade of notes. The relentless sonic assault threatens to destroy the taper's equipment. The frenzy reaches its peak with the explosive outro jam. A phenomenal performance, one of the best thus far.

Before "Stairway to Heaven", Plant tells the crowd "the vibes are really good tonight, they're better than last night... too many reds," adding "by the time we get to The Forum, we should be sky high!" Page delivers a fantastic guitar solo, one of the best in recent memory. As the band returns to the stage, Plant leads the crowd in a Happy Birthday sing-along in honor of their attorney Steve Weiss. The funky theramin freakout during "Whole Lotta Love" features an excellent rendition of Licking Stick-Licking Stick in addition to the usual "The Crunge" interlude. Plant is in top form during a riotous "Black Dog". " Heartbreaker" features an outstanding I'm a Man blues interlude between the guitar solos. A truly amazing performance. A must have Zeppelin collectible.
