Description
You are bidding on “Maiden Voyage” vinyl record by Herbie Hancock. This is the 1st mono pressing on the Blue Note label with New York U.S.A. labels. This has a deep groove on side 1 making this a true first pressing as well as extremely rare as this is very hard to find with a deep groove. This also has the Van Gelder stamps and Plastylite “ears” on both sides.
?The vinyl record is play graded and visually graded in VG/VG+ condition. It has many superficial scuffs but no deep or feelable scratches. Plays well with no skips but has some background noise that does not overpower the music. Enjoyable listen throughout.
?The cover rates VG+ condition. Front and back have some noticeable shelf wear (see pix). The bottom seam has some minor wear, no splits. Top seam and spine look strong with minimal wear. No other flaws to speak of.
