Scott 4 was the first Walker album to consist solely of self-penned songs. The album features slightly less ornate orchestral arrangements than its predecessors, opting instead for a more skeletal, folk-inspired sound with greater emphasis on the rhythm section.  

Incredibly rare album that you never find stateside.

Vinyl Grade: VG+ 

          The vinyl features some light superficial hairlines/paper scuffs. Plays real well. Has some light surface noise at parts but overall sounds solid.

Cover Grade: VG/VG- 

          Cover overall is a higher end VG. The reason for the VG- is there is a slight tear on the front cover at Scott's forehead thats a little over an inch long. Has some edge wear and some noticeable corner wear. Some other bits of cover wear but overall looks solid.

*All records will include a new inner sleeve and plastic outer sleeve

GRADING SCALE: 

SEALED / MINT - Record jacket is sealed. Disc is sold ?as-is.?

NM - Super clean record with basically no imperfections. Appears unplayed or barely played at all. I’d use this rating infrequently

EX - Basically either spotless visually or sounds extremely clean. 

VG++ - Has extremely few light marks. Very clean

VG+ - Has some imperfections, such as hairlines or scuff, but looks clean and should play well

VG - Similar to VG+ but has more imperfections. Records VG and up will not typically have any scratches deep enough to be felt. 

VG- - Fair amount of imperfections or scratches that may affect playability. 

VG-- - Plethora of scratches scattered throughout. Literally scratches/hairlines everywhere.

G - Imperfections and scratches throughout including scratches that cause playback issues and can be felt. 

*These records are visually graded but I do at times give a quick listen to the record so that I can give you an idea of the item you are receiving. If I mention the sound quality of the record, just know I DID NOT listen to the whole record, I only listened to small parts of it. If I listened to the whole record, I will say so in the description.

**I dont grade records considering the spindle marks. I might not even mention it but if it catches my eye I will mention so. If that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time.
