Description
SUPER copy of the very rare Island UK stereo LP 1st pressing (A//2 B//1 matrix suffixes) of Mott The Hoople's self-titled 1969 album, ILPS 9108.
Gatefold sleeve is extremely nice, only a couple of light spine edge creases, very little edge and corner wear and extremely minor ringwear visible on the back. Colour and structure are superb, and the sleeve easily grades EX!
The vinyl is just wonderful, plays beautifully, retains its as-new shine and gloss!! There is a tiny light mark between tracks two and three on side two and a couple of very light hairlines, but none of these affect the sterling audio!! Certainly grades EX+!!
