This pressing is with unboxed Decca logo on a grooved label, in a sleeve with no "flipbacks".

There is another otherwise identical version, John Mayall With Eric Clapton - Blues Breakers, with a flipback sleeve.

Recorded At The Decca Studios No. 2, West Hampstead, London. April 1966

"Ramblin' on My Mind" was Clapton's first recorded solo lead vocal performance.

I haved cleaned with Okki Nokki record cleaning machine prior to playback on Rega Planar 2 deck.

VINYL IN VG+  CONDITION

Heavily played vinyl that has lasted very well

Some light surface marks & hairlines visible - nothing serious - no deep scratches - Have checked vinyl under a bright light

Have playtested vinyl on a Regar Plan 2 deck

I enjoyed listening to this album, without too much distraction from intrusive background noise. 

There were no skips, jumps, or sticks, but there were occasional background surface noise/low level clicks - more noticable on 2 or 3 tracks.

Sound quality is sensational on this classic blues rock album – no deterioration in sound quality.

Record labels are clean (apart from the spider-trails which have spread across the record label) and the print is clearly visible. 

No writing on the record label

No sticky residue or discoloration.

As per above - there are numerous spider trails &  light spindle wear.

SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT  CONDITION

The front laminated "Clarifoli" sleeve has general light storage wear from rubbing etc  i.e the sleeve has some blisters (mostly near the spine) & very slight wear on the sleeve opening edge

text on the spine, which is in stunning condition - is clearly legible

 No seam splits or tears - all the edges are firm and in top condition - just little bit of minor handling wear on the sleeve opening side.

The rear of the sleeve is in fairly clean condition - very light trace of dark print plus very slight partial record ring wear - partly on front as well.

No scuff marks / No indentations/No scratch marks  any significant staining/discoloration/foxing etc

This classic 1st issue "Beano" sleeve has been lovingly cherished.

Sleeve has lasted very well - In nice condition for its age.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

I DO NOT SELL ANY VINYL GRADED LESS THAN VG, UNLESS IT IS ANYTHING THAT IS VERY RARE OR SPECIAL.
