This is a private sale - from my own, personal, collection - I am not a record dealer.
I supported YES from the very earliest days ... but, as they progressed, my tastes began to change ... ... as did their 'sound' ... so this got put to the 'back of the pile', stored in a plastic sleeve, and was rarely played. So this is in near perfect condition.
'RELAYER' comes as a Gatefold Album Sleeve containing the original (rough) beige cardboard lyric inner and the 12-inch vinyl disc.
Time to let this go - to someone, somewhere - who can now hear it - and make better use of it - than me.

It comes in its original, barely handled, time protected, cardboard gatefold album cover containing the paper liner/single vinyl disc 

Released on the ATLANTIC label.
 CATALOGUE NUMBER IS ATLANTIC RECORDS - K 50096
Machine Stamped Matrix Numbers are:
 SIDE A: K•50096•A1 PECKO  SIDE B: K•50096•B1 PORKY
All indentifiers would indicate that this is the very first 1974 Official UK issue

CONDITION - The Gatefold Sleeve Simply, this sleeve is in superb ("EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT") condition - bright, crisp and vivid.
Another iconic cover from the 'Roger Dean' collection. With no damage, no colour loss, no bent or clipped corners, writing or scars; very minor storage bruising to the corners. Has always been stored within a plastic sleeve - so has not suffered any timeworn wear and tear. Interior - near perfect; simply: excellent.
CONDITION - The Textured Cardboard Lyric Sleeve Liner In excellent, sharp-edged, condition. In simple terms - "NEAR MINT/MINT"
CONDITION - The Vinyl
This disc is also in well above-average / extremely good, ("EXCELLENT/NM") condition.
Jet Black Glossy in appearance; tracks free from scuff marks. As previously mentioned, this vinyl has probably been played no more than a few times.
Under scrutiny of my 'natural light' task lamp, there are no scratches - simply some minor
surface 'whispy' scuff marks from contact with the inner liner - but are immaterial to sound performance. 
I have play-tested both sides (with new diamond stylus / Bang & Olufsen deck) and can report a flaw-free performance: no skips, scratches or flawed sound. A little 'static' on the run in and run out - but this is the 'vinyl experience' of a 45 year old record.

A good clean with a robust Record Cleaning Solution (not polish) would likely further enhance the sound quality no end.
CONDITION - The Record Labels Both are in perfect condition (I've shown them all in my images) - bright and vivid - and reveal no spindle marks, etc., at all.
OVERALL CONDITION and 'SIGN OFF' ... I have described the content and condition of this item honestly and in good faith ... ... in order that you can be sure that there'll be no nasty surprises!
I am not a record dealer, as I have said, but I have been strictly guided by the Discogs 'Goldmine Standard' grading, by my own visual inspection and by my own test-playing.

The VINYL - I would describe as Visual: EXCELLENT (NM) / Audio: EXCELLENT (NM) The GATEFOLD COVER   -   I would describe as EXCELLENT - NEAR MINT - or even better !
RARE TO FIND SUCH A CLEAN COPY - HARDLY PLAYED - SUPERB CONDITION!
