RARE VINYL!

This is a Hard-2-Find U.K. vinyl LP pressing of SUPERGRASS' excellent second album "In It For the Money", issued by Parlophone/EMI in 1997. Cat # 7243 8 55228 1 9.

The cover includes a small black 1" title sticker "Includes GOING OUT,  RICHARD III & SUN HITS THE SKY"

**ALSO INCLUDED: Whomever owned this LP previously included several clippings of reviews and articles about the album such as the Rolling Stone review from May 1, 1997 and a 3-page spread from the July 1997 Alternative Press.

(Just a side-note/opinion: I absolutely love this album and I find that it really sounds even better on vinyl, like it's meant to be heard this way!)

Black vinyl, plays at 33 1/3. (see photo).

ITEM CONDITION (see Goldmine Standards below for details)

DISC: VG, both sides
The LP is a solid Very Good (VG), played just a couple times, and could pass for VG+ to some. Basic surface marks from the sleeve and some occasional pops/clicks in quieter passages. Still has glossy shine. Most marks are along outer edge.

SLEEVE/ARTWORK: VG+
Sleeve has very minor wear, inner sleeve has minor ring wear.

GOLDMINE STANDARD VINYL CONDITION CODES:

NEAR MINT: A nearly perfect record. Disc shows no obvious signs of wear. A 45 RPM or EP sleeve should have no more than the most minor defects, such as almost invisible ring wear or other signs of slight handling.

An LP cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable similar defects. No cut-out holes, either. The same for any inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves etc... 

VERY GOOD+: A VG+ records show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.

Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK".

The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. The center hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play.

Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount.

VERY GOOD:  Flaws found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.

Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them.

Goldmine price guides with more than one price will list Very Good a Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. GOOD/GOOD+: Good does not mean Bad! A record in Good or Good+ Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and sometimes visible groove wear.

A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object.

POOR or FAIR: The record is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. The picture sleeve is water damaged, split on all three seams and heavily marred by wear and writing. The LP cover barely keeps the LP inside it. Inner sleeves are fully seam split, crinkled, and written upon. ______________________________________________________________

Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be returned in the condition that it was sold.

Shipping Costs/Postage
We charge buyers a flat rate for shipping, and funds are used to offset the costs of packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required. In most cases, the amount of postage on the package will be less than the postage paid, this is because packaging costs and labor, plus postage cost are figured into our shipping costs. In most cases, we lose money on international shipment costs due to packaging costs.

Domestic Shipping:
Vinyl records are shipped via Media Mail only and are expected to arrive within 4 to 14 business days after shipping (they may take as long as 21 business days).

International Shipping (UK & Canada ONLY) PLEASE NOTE:
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedureswhich can include include taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). This can also cause delays beyond original delivery estimates, and is all out of our control.

eBay orders will only be shipped via First Class Int'l to addresses supplied by eBay and Paypal. Buyers are responsible for providing a current shipping address upon placing their order. *Requests to ship items to an alternate address WILL NOT be honored and the order will be cancelled.

International orders have an average estimated time of delivery of between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the weight, size and clearance of customs. On average, international orders take 3 weeks from order date.
