•Other Info: Glancing at the cover, it doesn’t look like a big deal, but this obscure album kicks ass! I was surprised that the band and singers perform well beyond their years…and then I noticed that they had guys like Mark Slaughter (later of Vinnie Vincent Invasion and Slaughter fame) in the band! I’m guessing this was his recording debut; he would have been 16 or 17 at the time. One side features a medley of pieces from Fame, with a couple killer breaks. Other highlights include Queen’s “Another One Bites the Dust” and ELO’s “All Over the World.” This isn't a metal album, of course, but listed in that section so that people who care (i.e., fans of Slaughter) would see the listing. Comes with an insert listing the singers and the band, plus someone included a newspaper clipping in here about Mike Slaughter leaving Vinnie Vincent Invasion and forming Slaughter.
