The record has hardly any marks and grades NM. 

The insert has some creasing and foxing and grades VG+.

The gatefold sleeve( with Obi) has some light edge wear with slightly more on the top edge. Some minor corner wear with a small corner bump on the top left corner. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks. There is also some light foxing/staining down both of the outer edges on the inside of the sleeve and it grades VG+ to EX.
