Description
Please note: due to recent run of late paying/non responsive bidders, I would request that payment be made within 24 hours of end of auction. Thankyou.
Mega rare original Australian jazz lp record from legendary composer Sven Libaek. Original 60s mono pressing on Festival label, this was the soundtrack to the nature documentary of the same name. I personally think this is one of, if not his rarest soundtracks....a lot harder to find than the classic Inner Space ost.
Also included is an equally rare test press 7" single of "Bush Theme"....which is the second track on the lp.
Lp cover is Ex- to Ex...with slight wear and tear, no major flaws/damage.
Vinyl is Ex....retains it's original sheen and has a few very faint marks. Fantastic playing or collectable copy.
Labels are Ex-...couple faint spindle marks...otherwise clean.
The 7" A-side is visually Ex...however plays with light background noise. B side has some light scuffs/marks but being one sided this doesn't matter.
A very rare and collectable lp...a must for any collectors of Australian contemporary jazz, soundtracks, or Australiana. I have decided to move away from collecting valuable originals in favour of buying reissues...only selling this to fund a new guitar purchase!
Can pickup from Rye, Vic, or will happily post Australia wide at buyers expense. Postage will be $8.50 flat rate via standard post....registered/insured post available upon request at buyers expense (recommended for a rare item such as this). Thanks for looking, good luck!
