Description

Ultra-Rare and long OOP, this is the original double vinyl UK pressing on Young God Records. Unfortunately the only vinyl pressing ever made of this masterpiece, very limited at the time, and highly sought after ever since (kind of a "holy grail" for Swans' collectors). 16 tracks, 4 spread out on each side, for incredible sound quality, quite a bit more powerful than the common CD/mp3 version. 
From my private collection for many years, well taken care of, the vinyl is generally in strong VG+ condition. The first record is especially really nice and clean, mostly free of surface noise. The second one has some occasional pops/flickers on quieter parts, but very minor. However, there is a quick skip near the beginning of "Mother/Father", around where the vocals kick in, and there is a fairly nasty skip right in the first few seconds of "Warm", beginning of Side 3. They both seem to me to be pressing defects, they aren't scratched up at all. Other than those, the records play excellent. 
The cover is in mostly very good condition, but there is a fair amount of corner and edge ware, some of which seems to have been covered up by magic marker by the previous owner (not as bad as it sounds, its probably an improvement on what the rubbed off edges would look like otherwise; only noticeable when examining up close). The super-cool thick inner sleeves are fortunately in excellent condition, containing all the lyrics and credits, etc.
