Media: VG+ (slight wear and minor surface marks, but overall, surprisingly very clean)
Sleeve: G+ (surface scuffs, slight tears, so corners, but still well held together)

Description

This is an original pressing of the self-titled first release by the legendary Swans, featuring Michael Gira (bass, vocals), Jonathan Kane (drums), Bob Pezzola (guitar), and Daniel Galli-Duani (saxaphone).  This 4-track EP from 1982 features a more Post-Punk/No Wave informed sound than what Swans would go on to make very soon after, and is a unique chapter in their history and discography.  It was reissued in the early 90s on Gira's own Young God imprint, but with different artwork.  I have rarely seen this record for sale online, let alone in a record store, so I was thrilled to come across it.  This is a must for any Swans fan or anyone interested in Post-Punk and No Wave anomalies.  Good luck to all bidders!
