Dvorak - New World Symphony

(Decca SXL 2005 UK LP 1958)
This is a UK original Stereo LP pressing. It has a fully laminated flipback sleeve which has a blue border on the rear. It has a very thin spine which has no text on it. There is also a printed date stamp on the bottom flipback (F.R.B. 8/ 58). This means that the sleeve was printed in August 1958. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Original Recordings By" text. It has first press ZAL-3380-4E and ZAL-3381-2E matrix numbers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP. A classic recording/ performance too. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale.
Sleeve: This sleeve has got stuck to the back of another sleeve at some point. The rear of the other sleeve has left some residue on the front. This could possibly be carefully cleaned off. Otherwise, there is some moderate rubbing wear to the spine. There is some light to mild rubbing wear at the sleeve opening and bottom edge. There is some light to mild ringwear too. VG condition.
Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There are two small & very light hairline marks. VG+ condition. The labels are in wonderful condition and show very light spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter passages. There are a couple of light clicks on one bit. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to very mild wear and no seam splits.Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
