Description
Decca Records stereo SXL 2005, early flat-edged heavy vinyl "pancake" pressing. Disc has black wideband label with "Original Recording By..." at upper left. Pressed in England. Stampers are 3E 2E. Early jacket has blue border back.
"Pancake" pressings are extremely rare on the Decca SXL label, and the few that you do see are usually in boxed sets of operas.

Disc VG++, a couple light marks in the last movement do not sound, and few other superficial marks, not much spindle wear, this was not played a lot. Play-graded all the way through, it plays with fantastic sound, and a bit of occasional light surface noise that does not detract from the music. These early flat-edged pressings are never as quiet as later pressings, but they have some of the best sound you will hear, jacket VG++
