DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : Superb..Barely a sign of use..laminate tight..Edges and corners sharp..lovely and clean on front and rear: EX+
INNER: just a couple of pencil numbers on one side which can easily be removed if required, otherwise like new: EX+
VINYL: Beautiful...just a couple of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..lovely surface sheen on both sides: EX+
LABELS: Both Superb..no more than a couple of faint short 'spider' lines: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
