Description

This is our first sale from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.

  1958 Uk Decca SXL 2037 of Ansermet & the Suisse Romande in the Bizet: Carmen & L'Arlesienne Suites.

Early curved cut flipback sleeve. Labels are ED1 with original recording by.. at ten o clock, with the wide silver band and ffss circle at 12 O' clock. The pristine original company ffss inner is present. This is visually near mint with no marks to the playing surfaces, has clean labels with some spindle marks, and the sleeve is Mint minus with a small corner lift on one flip only. Flips and rear are otherwise nice unmarked whiteness as seen in pics, no pen or dirt, no splits or bends. Nice Low 2E3E stampers.
