VERY RARE DECCA 1st UK Grooved Label TP **VPO & BOHM +
MOZART - COSI FAN TUTTE Highlights (No full SXL set exists of this recording so this was the first release)Holy Toledo. Another massive rarity. This test pressing is STILL SEALED.
Very rare test pressing. Excellent and highly sought after recordings featuring MARIA CALLAS, TITO GOBBI, LUIGI ALVA, NICOLA ZACCARIA & FRITZ OLLENDORFF with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra & the Vienna State Chorus conducted by KARL BOHM. Decca/London label 1st UK grooved label single-sided test pressing. This has the catalogue of OS 25047 on the label which is the Decca London UK export catalogue number of SXL 2058. Stamper is marked on the label and sleeve as ZAL 4072-3E

Plain sleeve has a small stain. The vinyl is in unplayed condition. The seal at the top of the test pressing is completely intact but obviously it is not sealed from the air. I assume the record to be mint, though I suspect the new owner may decide not to unseal this archive/library copy.
