THIS IS  A SUPER RARE  ED1 "PANCAKE" ISSUE. "ORIGINAL RECORDING BY"  text but NO groove.
Almost impossible there rare releases.

VINYL Fully played. EX. There are NO repetitive clicks or pops.  The record
does not repeat or jump. However there is the very occasional  soft surface noise. Absolutely nothing serious on
a record that is more then 62 years old. Remarkable really.

AUDIO. Record played completely for grading. NOT just guessed at. EX. (see above)
SLEEVE: EX. See photos.
Comes with original  Decca FFSS advertising inner in EX+ condition.
Record will be separated from the sleeve and sent in a new plastic sleeve.

Recorded on 30 July & 2 Aug 1958  at Santa Cecilia, Rome   with Giuseppe di Stefano (tenor),
orchestra conducted by , Dino Olivieri  and released in January 1959> this is one of the earliest
Decca FFSS releases which started in October 1958.

GRADING NOTES - POSTAL RATES.

  • Records:- strict Record Collector gradings.

  • NEAR MINT ~ visual inspection has revealed that the record plays noiselessly. If there are any surface marks these will be noted in the listing. 
  • EXCELLENT ~ The record shows some signs of being played but there is very little lessening of the sound quality. There may be some light crackle but NO major problems like LOUD clicks. Occasional soft tics are acceptable. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
  • VERY GOOD ~ The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. despite noticeable surface and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover on extra items without any major defects s acceptable
  • Sleeves:- as per photos.
  • UK - £4.50 2nd class. Up to 5 LPs for this price .
