Pressed in  England and released on Decca SXL 2097.

First press Wide-band grooved label with 'Original recording by....' at 10 o'clock.

Sleeve has the Blue band/text on the back.

Overall play grade is EX-.

All the musical passages play clearly and brightly. There are no sticks, skips, jumps or any evidence of groovewear.

There is some brief surface crackle in the run in/out areas. Both sides have a little short lived, light surface noise in places and also a few isolated 'tics' & quiet 'clicks'.

When tilted under normal lighting conditions both sides have only a couple of faint needle lines and also a few paper type marks.

When tilted under halogen lights there are just a few more light marks visible on both sides.

Laminated sleeve grades as VG-.

Has a few spots of bottom edge wear and has a piece missing near the opening (see photo). There are a few laminate creases. On the rear of the sleeve the bottom flipback has a small piece missing. The are signs of light age discolouration.

Poly-lined 'FFSS' inner grades as EX.

I dispatch records in brand new, bought in mailers designed for the process. Before placing in the mailer I take LPs out of the sleeve place both in a polysleeve and between two card stiffeners and if there is a picture sleeve I place the LP in a plain sleeve to prevent knifing of the picture sleeve. [all this costs £0.80/single LP].

I USE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADINGS AND USE A +/- WHERE I FEEL THAT IT'S APPROPRIATE.

(M) MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  

I normally ship within 1/2 working days of receipt of payment.
