Description
SXL 2110 – CURZON / VIENNA OCTET – SCHUBERT’S TROUT
1958 Decca stereo recording on wide-band + groove label edition 1, catalogue number SXL 2110. Clifford Curzon with members of the Vienna Octet playing Schubert’s Trout Quintet.
We have listened very carefully to the whole of this record and despite there being light visible marks we can detect only 1 faint tick on side1 and 5 faint ticks on side 2. The sleeve has a laminated front. It is intact but there is creasing at edges, record impress, and light corner wear. There is a tiny label "21" on front and a yellow label on rear – we have not attempted to remove these.
