Bach - Brandenburg Concertos Volume 3

(Decca SXL 2127 UK LP 1959)
This is a UK original ED1 Stereo LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. There is a printed date stamp on the bottom flipback (F.R.B. 2/60). This means that the sleeve was printed in February 1960. It comes with its original Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The record has ED1 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Original Recordings By" text. It has first press ZAL-4242-1E and ZAL-4243-1E matrix numbers. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale too.
Sleeve: There is some moderate rubbing wear to one corner tip. There is mild rubbing wear to the other three corner tips. There is some mild ringwear & a small stain on the top flipback. VG+ condition.
Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. There is one light, but quite long, hairline mark on one side. There is quite a small hairline mark on the other side. VG+ condition. The labels are in very nice condition and show light spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter areas. The company inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some mild to more moderate fading but there are no seam splits.Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
