Decca Records stereo SXL 2128, grooved wideband ED1 label disc has "Original Recording  By..." at upper left.  Pressed in England.  Stampers are 1E 1E.  Earliest jacket with scalloped flipbacks and color printing.  Adam, Giselle, with Jean Martinon and the Paris Conservatory Orchestra.  See pics for program details. 

Disc NM- to NM, one light sleeve mark on side 1 does not sound, play-graded, jacket VG+
