Description

Rare Verdi – Il Trovatore x3 LP Box set with libretto. Decca 1st stereo pressing, Wide band grooved label with ED1 ‘Original Recording By’ text. Comes with original inner sleeves.

Tebaldi / Del Monaco / Simionato / Savarese / L’Orchetre Du Grand Theatre De Geneve conducted by Alberto Erede

1959 Decca Records (Cat.No.SXL2129/30/31) Condition: Box: Good+ / Discs: Vg+

The box has splits to all four corners of front and some wear along the spines. Hinge is fully intact as is the bottom of box, overall graded as Good+.

Visually the records all appear to be in at least Ex condition but dirty and in need of a clean. On playing there is some static background crackle particularly to the quiet parts and the odd pop/crackle overall graded as a whole as Vg+ 

As with all my records the discs have not been cleaned as i prefer to let the buyer choose their own method of cleaning.
