This is an original ED1 WBg pressing on the Decca record label,
 catalogue number SXL 2167-8-9 with matrix marks
ZAL-4545-4E, ZAL-4546-2E, ZAL-4547-3E, ZAL-4548-3E, ZAL-4549-2E, & ZAL-4550-3E.

   Originally released in January 1960, this is the
ED1 WBg release with "ORIGINAL RECORDING" text.

Recorded on 2-15 September 1959 at The Sofiensaal, Vienna,
 with Herbert von Karajan & The Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.

LABELS: Excellent - just a few wispy spindle marks,  only seen in a certain light ... see photos.
The "P" label indicates that the discs have had an anti-static treatment.
VINYL Visual: Some non sounding hairlines/paperscuffs.
VINYL Audio: EX. No repetitive tics or clicks.
Please note:- There is a pressing fault , not a scratch, towards the end of side one that gives 4 pops.
Occasional background. So, not for the purist but perfectly listenable.
SLEEVE: Plastic sleeve in EX condition.
BOOKLET: some spine wear and a catalogue sticker. This can easily be removed by steaming it off.

at an extra cost of £5.00 per parcel. This will be sent International Signed for.


If the value exceeds £50 up to a maximum of £250.00 then an extra £2.50 must be added
over and above the £5.00. The weight limit for international parcels is 2KG.

VERY GOOD: audio inspection has revealed some light tics and The jacket might have  creasing or other defects which will be pointed out in the listing.
